Project: Integrated System for Collection, Transportation, Treatment and Optimized Materials Recovery from End of Life Tyres

The mission of Ecoelastika SA is to manage ELT’s discarded in the Greek territory with the use of the best available techniques, taking into account environmental and financial criteria first and foremost. Other aims are to preserve healthy competition in the market of recyclable materials, part of which are ELT’s and their products, full absorption of the final recycling products by works or final products and adherence to the relevant environmental legislation.

MOTION Hellas contracted the design, development, installation and commissioning of the following Software applications:

 

 

Information Management System for the tyre and vehicle importing companies

 

The Computersized System for recording, monitoring and management of the tyre and vehicle importing companies is implemented by:

 

  • internet/Web Application software

  • RDBMS / SQL management system

 

The software system includes:

 

  • RDBMS & SQL Database for the internet / Web Application

  • Recording and management system for the tyre and vehicle importing companies

  • Recording and management system of annual data by using an online internet HMI form

  • Statistical data processing (SPC Tools)

Information Management System for the Collection and Transportation of the used vehicle tyres

 

The recording, monitoring and management of orders and the collection of the used tyres, system is implemented:

 

  • by using an internet/Web Application Software System

  • by using Tablets for data entry

  • by using a database RDBMS / SQL system

 

and more specifically includes:

 

  • Orders Registration Software using online HMI form (Request for tyres Collection) and Database RDBMS HMI forms

  • Database for data registration including system users, materials, collectors, collection points etc.

  • Managing and Clustering orders e.g. based on status and collector

  • Sending orders to collectors to be executed by e-mail

  • On line monitoring for the implementation of the order

  • Statistical Process of Data and Reports of orders registration system for the collection of used tyres from the collection points

  • Connection with Incoming - Outgoing Vehicle Management System to the Tyres Recycling Stations to associate volumes by category of ordered and delivered tyres per Tyres Recycling Station

Weight Bridge Manager  & Waste Management MIS System for materials recovery from End of Life Tyres

 

The Incoming - Outgoing Vehicle Management System to the Tyres Recycling Stations includes:

 

  • Management and Reporting System of Incoming Materials and Outgoing Products to Tyres Recycling Stations

  • On-Line Connection System to the Weighbridge

  • HMI software for data entry

  • Front and Rear Vehicle’s Side Shooting System (License Plate)

  • Interconnection System between Tyres Recycling Stations and ECOELASTIKA SA company’s Headquarters with the possibility of online monitoring of the process

  • Report and Statistical Data System to the ECOELASTIKA Head Offices for invoices exportation per Recycler
